Surat's practical IT institute for students who want real, job-ready skill
LaxIT was founded in Surat with one goal: give students across the city - from Kadodara to every other corner of Surat - a place to learn IT and programming skills that actually translate into real ability, without the sky-high fees that keep quality training out of reach for most people. We built LaxIT to be the kind of IT institute we wish had existed when we were learning: structured, honest about pricing, and focused entirely on practical, hands-on knowledge instead of theory that never leaves the classroom.
What sets LaxIT apart is a learning philosophy built around doing, not just watching. Every course is broken into clearly chaptered video lessons so you always know exactly what's being taught, backed by live, instructor-led doubt-clearing classes for the moments a video alone isn't enough. And with CodeXpress, our built-in AI coding IDE, students don't just learn concepts - they write real code in Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and C#, run it, and get AI-guided feedback on exactly how to improve. This is what "learning based with practical knowledge" means to us: skill you can actually demonstrate, not just describe.
We've also worked hard to make LaxIT one of the most affordable, accessible IT institutes serving Surat and the Kadodara area. Flexible monthly, yearly, and per-course plans mean a student can start small and scale up only when it makes sense, with transparent pricing shown upfront - no hidden renewal traps, no surprise fees. For students and families across Surat who've felt priced out of quality technical training, that affordability isn't a side benefit - it's core to why LaxIT exists in the first place.
Kadodara and the wider Surat region have a growing community of students who are serious about building real technology careers, and LaxIT is committed to being the local platform that meets that ambition - combining structured courses, live mentorship from practitioner-instructors, and genuine hands-on coding practice in one place. We're not trying to be everything to everyone; we're trying to be the most practical, most affordable, and most genuinely useful IT institute for students right here in Surat and Kadodara.
As LaxIT grows, our commitment stays the same: keep raising the bar on what "practical IT education" means locally, keep pricing honest and accessible, and keep building tools like CodeXpress that close the gap between learning a concept and actually being able to use it. If you're in Kadodara, elsewhere in Surat, or anywhere else and you're serious about learning IT skills the practical way, we built LaxIT for you.

Built by a developer, not a boardroom
Abhishek Pandey
MCA · 3 Years of Experience · Founder & Web Developer, LaxIT
LaxIT isn't run by a large ed-tech company - it's designed, built, and maintained end to end by Abhishek Pandey, a Surat-based web developer with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and three years of hands-on software development experience. Every part of the platform you use - the course engine, live classes, subscriptions, and the CodeXpress AI coding IDE - was personally coded by him, not assembled from a generic course-marketplace template.
That matters because it shapes how the platform is built: as a working developer, Abhishek understands exactly what a student needs to go from "I watched a tutorial" to "I can actually build this" - which is the entire idea behind CodeXpress's AI-powered explanations and flowcharts. It also means new features ship based on what students in Surat and Kadodara actually ask for, not what looks good in an investor deck.
His reason for starting LaxIT was straightforward: too many students locally were being priced out of decent IT training, or stuck with courses that were long on theory and short on anything they could actually use afterward. LaxIT is his answer to that - a self-funded, practical, skill-oriented learning platform, deliberately priced to stay affordable, built around one simple belief: quality technical education shouldn't require a large budget to access.
